Customer Care Representative
Our team works with customers through multiple communication channels to assist them with sales and service for their packaging needs.
What we are looking for:
- Customer Service Oriented: Passionate about helping others. Adaptability to different personality types. Strives to provide the best customer service experience possible.
- Reliable: Professional who takes attendance seriously.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with active listening skills.
- Team Spirit: Enjoys a team atmosphere, works well with others, and shares ideas.
- Go Getter: Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task. Sees each communication through to completion, including follow-up when needed.
- Basic computer skills such as word processing, excel and email.
Warehouse
- 1st Shift
- 2 Locations available - Hendersonville, TN or Madison, TN
- Use of RF gun
- Training provided
- Order Picking and Processing
- Receiving and Stocking
- Forklift driver and stand-up lift operator

Hot Stamp Press Operator
- 1st Shift
- Climate controlled area
- Minor equipment set up and adjustments
